Thanks so much for doing such a good job on our house.  We are acutally moving forward now.  I was so impressed with your work crew.  They were polite, they didn't swear and play loud music.  They were very skilled and worked well together.  I am singing their praises all over town.  I am amazed at how many people that one needs to contact to continue a successful business.
 
When Bill and I talked about the time to do the work requested we figured 2 guys 5 hours.  Your crew worked very efficiently and we figure it was 14 hours.  Therefore we feel that we owe you $200 more for the job.  We greatly appreciate the bargain that you gave us.
